Meet Heather

Real Estate is in Heather’s blood.  She successfully predicted her first deal at nine years old when she bet her brother a quarter that her dad would come home with land when he was ‘just going to watch’ a sale on the courthouse steps.  That early passion for a deal has bloomed into a love of all things housing and real estate.  She worked for the family business first in developing that original 20 acre plot into a small housing development and then pivoting to rental housing management and rehabilitation in the early 2000’s.  And now she wants to share that vision with you.

For the investment minded, Heather also offers her services as an experienced Rental Property Manager.  She has been in the rental business since 2010 and acting as managing partner since 2018. She brings a sharp acumen for what makes a profitable residential real estate portfolio.  

During her off hours Heather can be found with her husband Ed, reading a book next to her flowers or (more likely) running one of her many children to and from their latest sport or school passion!
