Passion is what defines and sets Meredith Sterling apart. It goes without saying once you meet her.

 

After a successful career in human resources, Meredith decided to combine her passion for people and entrepreneurial spirit and direct it toward helping her clients find home that fits their lifestyles and investment goals. As a proud Kansas City native and a successful, full-time agent, she has extensive knowledge of the Greater Kansas City area and has seen the ups and downs of the market. For the past 6 years, she has helped many Kansas Citians either find the home of their dreams or sell their home to the perfect buyer.

 

In September 2017, Meredith entered the world of real estate as a salesperson, knowing that she didn’t want to stop there. She set out with a five-year goal not only to become a broker but to also open and own her own brokerage. In September 2022, Meredith opened the doors of TribeKC Realty with the help of her husband and family. Meredith thrives on acting as an advocate for her clients and takes the trust they place in her very seriously. Her clients receive added value at every turn, and her strong negotiating skills deliver the best outcome on both sides of the closing table.

 

With her buyers, Meredith listens to what is important to them and has the experience to know which neighborhoods and home features will best fit their lifestyle needs. She enjoys being able to educate not only first-time home buyers but anyone who enters the market with uncertainty. For sellers, she takes an individualized approach, knowing that each home has special aspects that will appeal to its ideal buyer. It’s her specialty to know those aspects and highlight them. Seller’s homes are marketed with the latest and greatest online tools, including multiple websites and social media as well as printed media.
 
As a result of her professionalism and the high quality of service she gives to her clients, Meredith maintains a strong referral base. Clients will always receive the utmost personal attention and an exceptional practice of constant communication when working with her. She retains strong relationships with many affiliated real estate service providers. These providers working hand-in-hand with her and their clients throughout their entire experience doesn’t stop there. Clients feel like they have a team built specifically for them before, during, and after their transaction.
 
In her free time, Meredith enjoys directing her energy on all things home-related, watching Chiefs football, or in the ministries she loves at her church. You can usually find her outside playing with her dogs or spending time with her family.
